Had to have some foundation work done on a settling part of our home this spring, and Matt and the team at Perma Jack did a good job for our family. The service and work was very well done, they had to remove and replace several deck boards prior to digging and did so with care. Everything was replaced as well as they found it, and no apparent extra charges. The let me hoover periodically, and even make a few jokes about the depth of the holes they were hand digging. We got quotes from several of the local companies and found Perma Jack to be very competitive with another JTown company, and significantly less than all the others. In our case, it was essentially quoted as ‘price per pier’ by everyone, and what varied was the number of piers each company recommended. The deck I mentioned earlier was a concern for me, but Matt had a plan and assurance for me through the inspection/quote process. Big part of me feeling comfortable with selecting Perma Jack. I hope not to use their services again, but know who I call if the need arise.
